About The Event
The Southern Food & Whiskey Experience is the premier whiskey and food experience in the South, with each event featuring 10 local chefs/restaurants serving up creative and delicious small bites alongside whiskey samples from 40+ of our favorite whiskey brands.
At The Southern Whiskey Society, our mission is to foster an intentional community through curated, immersive whiskey and food experiences that transport us to a place where hospitality is not just an action, but a way of life.

Whiskey and Food Pairing is Back!
There are 10 distillers that have signed up to be paired with a chef to collaborate on an intentional whiskey and food pairing competition.
New for 2026: eight will be whiskey distillers and two will be tequila distillers.
Guests raved about this concept so we will make this more of a central theme to this year.
What to know:
We expect to host around 750 people in the room.
Our Asks:
Create and produce around 1,000 small bites.
Have a small amount of vegetarian/vegan options available.
Stay for the entire event.
Have a great time!
What we provide:
$500 stipend to help cover other costs.
8ft fruitwood farm serving table.
8ft prep table.
4oz paper food trays, utensils, and napkins for guests.
Adequate power.
Access to a kitchen on-site.
Bad ass custom Southern Whiskey Society chef shirt.
Signage for your dish description along with your name and restaurant logo.
Lots and lots of great whiskey, music, and adoring fans.
