Refund Policy


Thanks for shopping with us! Here’s what you need to know about refunds, transfers, and merch returns.

 

Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for ticket purchases under any circumstances.

Can’t make it? No worries — you may transfer your ticket to a future event, subject to availability. Just reach out to us at howdy@southernwhiskeysociety.com at least 72 hours before the event date to coordinate the transfer.


Merchandise

Our merchandise is fulfilled through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider.

If you receive an item that’s damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. We’ll help you file a claim with Printful to get it resolved.


Please note: We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color changes — all merch is made to order.
